How to keep growing professionally and personally without burnout? I help leaders to better understand the dilemmas they are dealing with and get more clarity around inner conflicts and polarities, prioritise needs and put together a plan that is realistic to achieve.
I hold the EIA Master Practitioner award and Coaching Supervisor – ESIA accreditation. I lead the EMCC Global Ethics Centre for Excellence. I coach to careers without burnout. Alongside coaching and supervision practice, I’m known internationally for developing the field of Photography in Coaching; I’m the author of books, among which “One Image – Many Words”, sold on Amazon, and my workshops have consistently been awarded ICF CCE accreditation. I’m the sole organiser of the International Symposium for coaches, mentors, supervisors and leaders, that takes place since 2023.
My experience is 2500+ coaching hours and 300+ supervision hours. I coach individuals and groups. I offer professional coaching services, based on verbal and somatic work that can also include a creative coaching process with the use of personal photos to help my clients connect to their unique qualities, inner wisdom and meaning.
